Summer Performance Camp

Already thinking about summer camps for the kids? This year we will offer two exciting performance camps. The first one will be June 18- July 15th and will feature kids 12-14 years old. The second one will be July 16th thru August 8th and feature kids 8-12 years old. All registration forms are due by February 25th.

When his parents get divorced and he's forced to move from New York to a small town in Indiana, Evan Goldman just wants to make friends and survive the school year, easier said than done. This musical is rated PG.

Dates and Times: Monday thru Fridays 12:30 – 5pm (No rehearsal on Wed. July 4th)
Performances: Friday July 13th thru Sunday July 15th in Nummi Theatre

Important Information- Please read! Applications will be accepted from February 3rd thru Feb 25th. Admittance is not based on a first come first served basis, but rather at the discretion of the director and the requirements of the show. Please do not send money at this time, only the show registration form. You will be notified by Feb 28th of your child’s enrollment status. If accepted, down payment will be due by March 15th and final payment will be due May 1st. Auditions for roles will be held first few days of camp. Actors must supply shoes, make-up and possibly some costume items. Parent volunteer help may be required for set/costume building. Tickets to the performances are additional and will be on sale to family and friends. Performances will be held at Ohlone College, Nummi Theatre. Actors will need to supply a daily snack and proper rehearsal attire. Please call (510) 659-1319 for more information or email info@ starstrucktheatre.org. Due to the short amount of rehearsal time, excessive conflicts will result in not being accepted into the program.

Dear Edwina

At last a musical that features tons of parts for boys and girls!! Follow the adventures of advice-giver extraordinaire, Edwina Spoonapple as she directs the kids in the neighborhood in production number after hilarious production number in her "Advice-A-Palooza" extravaganza. Written in the style of SCHOOLHOUSE ROCK LIVE! and YOU'RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN, DEAR EDWINA JR. is the perfect musical for a new generation.
