Legally Blonde The Musical

Sorority star Elle Woods doesn't take "no" for an answer. So when her boyfriend dumps her for someone "serious," Elle puts down the credit card, hits the books, and sets out to go where no Delta Nu has gone before: Harvard Law. Along the way, Elle proves that being true to yourself never goes out of style.

Legally Blonde is a very physical and rigorous non-stop singing and dancing show. We are looking to cast 35-40 people who will be able to learn music and choreography very quickly. Due to the mature themes and some of the content of the show, we will be looking for people who can portray college aged kids convincingly.

For the audition please arrive 10 minutes before your time slot. Bring the filled-out conflict calendar and the audition form. If you have a resume and headshot, bring that with you, if not, we will take your photo when you arrive. Prepare at least 32 bars from any contemporary musical theatre song. Bring your sheet music in the correct key, an accompanist will be provided. If needed, you may use a “karaoke” type CD with background tracks only. No vocals on the CD allowed. No A capella singing will be allowed.  For the dance portion of the audition: Please bring comfortable clothes and shoes to dance in.
